my granddaughter is only 2 3/4 and somewhere along the line she likes to dance so when i dont walk i dance and go in circles and have fun with her and that is exercise so if you have nothing to do dance your heart out and sing and have fun
a couple of weeks ago i went walking late at night and fell and hurt my ankle it took almost 3 weeks to get back to walking again in that time i watched what i ate and i didnt gain or lose any weight but im going to try hard to get back in to swing here today is day 1
time is slipping away and motivation is getting harder because it not staying light that long anymore and walking at night it not the best ive been trying to keep walking in the morning but i cant sometimes i have to go at night where is the time going??????
i felt really good this morning when i went walking the neighbor in the other road where i walked were really glad to see me they thought since i was not around for a while that i was in the hospital or just hurt they really were happy to see me coming around the corner this morning that makes you feel good when you have friend from just walking and dont really know them that they care about you like that it made my day
i came home lastnight and wanted a salad so bad i didnt want to go to the store so i went and made a salad in a wrap it was really good it was lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, a little dressing onions peppers carrots and wrapped it up and ate it it was one way of getting dinner fast
i went on vacation for 3 day friday saturday and today just got back it was fun went to va and visited my son he had a fit because i asked him to use his computer to put my pointson and my food by the end of the night he went to bed and i didnt get my points on only got the wheel before we left on friday he said it was a myth ya right anyways on saturday he left me use it for 20 minutes i got some of my points on and the wheel
well i dont know what happen but my kids have me upside down and i fell off the wagon i think i fell on my head because i cant seem to get back on it keeps leaving with out me for some reason i walk and watch what i eat and still i can lose a lb or on oz even i dont know what is going on
well i went out yesterday to get leslie sansone walk at home dvd walk sim fast & firm 4 really big miles 1,2,3,& 4 and and walk away the pounds ultimate collection 4 complete workouts and walk at home 5 mile fat burning walk for when i cant walk outside or it rains that way im not in it
i was told by the doctor a couple of months ago that if i fill my plate with food the way i always do and then take 1/2 of it and put it on another plate and put it in the frig that i will start losing weight well he was right your stomach shrinks and you dont want as much
