I like to get in at least 30 minutes in the garden each day. It helps me to keep ahead of the weeds and also spot and problems.
Just because you didn't have a perfect day don't beat yourself up and go bonkers. I am working on this right now. It is something I really need to practice.
I struggle between spending too much time on SP, but when I do spend a great deal of time I tend to stay on track much better.
For a former pop tart junkie, these little treats are great. A pouch of two is 100 calories. I usually only have one and savor every bite. Blueberry is my favorite.
