Special K fruit crisps

For a former pop tart junkie, these little treats are great. A pouch of two is 100 calories. I usually only have one and savor every bite. Blueberry is my favorite.

Spec K Granola

I love the Special K low fat granola. I don't usually have it as a bowl of cereal, but I put a couple of spoonfuls into my nonfat yogurt with some fresh fruit. UMMM
