Come up with a few meals that are easily customizable

We all like variety, but none of us want to spend all day cooking! I have about 3 go-to meals that I can always whip up in a hurry, but they're easily customized depending on what I feel like eating. Oatmeal w/ flax seed for breakfast (add toasted, chopped nuts, maple syrup, craisins, whatever!), stir-fry for lunch (any veggies you have, egg, whatever other protein is lying around the house), or fish and veggies.

Easy way to incorporate fish

I workout in the evenings, and when I get home, all I want to do is shower and wolf down some dinner. My trainers swore by "protein and veggies, that's it" after working out. I'd been wanting to work in more fish, too, and finally figured out the perfect way to do it! I keep a variety of frozen veggies and frozen tilapia/salmon/flounder on-hand. I grab a sheet of foil, throw in 1 filet and whatever veggies and seasonings I want, and throw the whole packet in the oven on 400 while I shower!
