I walk on a treadmill with a desk over it while I work all day. I get in an extra 6 - 10 miles depending on the day, burning between 600 and 1000 calories!

When the alarm goes off, just get up and do it. No matter how difficult it is, if I just get up and put on my shoes, go out side and tell myself it's okay to just do a short walk rather than my planned run, I always end up completing the run once i have my shoes on and go outside.
