Chicken Breast

I keep cooked, chopped chicken breast in the freezer. I buy the large packages, bake them all, chop and freeze in portions. 4-cup bags for quick casseroles, 2-cup bags for chicken salad, 1-cup bags for quesadillas, topping salads, etc. Saves a lot of time!

True Lime

Love this stuff - Crystallized lime juice in a packet, nothing else! No additives, fake sugar or anything else. It's so easy to keep in my desk drawer at work, and makes all that water I'm drinking taste great, while giving me a Vitamin C boost. There is also True Lemon... Yum!

Easy Breakfast

I have always had a really hard time eating anything in the morning. For the past month, I've been having a Click espresso protein shake & a Vitamuffin. Easy, quick and since I love iced coffee, it works for me. I feel a lot better, too!

Pre-Logging Foods

When I want to eat something I probably shouldn't, I go ahead and log the food. After analyzing the fat/calories, I can decide whether it's worth it to me to eat it. If it is, I go ahead and eat a serving. If not, I can just delete that food from my day and move on.
