Get rid of anything in a box, bag or bottle. The stuff you should be eating is the stuff that is in the fridge that will go bad within a week if you don't eat it.

Get at LEAST 8 hours of sleep every night

If you don't get enough sleep it puts extra stress on your body which makes you hold onto that extra fat. Sweet Dreams.....

Put Spinich in your Smoothie (you can't even taste it!)

I put 1C Almond Milk, 1C Frozen Berries, 1 scoop of protein powder and 2 big handfuls of fresh spinich in the blender. It is less than 200 calories, and helps you get your veggies in.
