cleaning the Microwave

When my microwave gets dirty on the inside with food that is stuck on , I use a cup of vinegar and set the microwave for a minute or so and then I clean the inside with a sponge. It cleans everything right off! including the top of the microwave .

I only committ to 20-30 minutes

When I go to the gym, I tell myself I will do just 20-30 minutes. Then the endorphins kick in and I end up doing an hour usually.

Follow the 10 minute rule

When you don't feel like working out, tell yourself to only do 10 minutes.
After you have exercised for the 10 minutes chances are you will continue on for the whole workout.

"Hey i've gone this far. I can do 20 more minutes."
