Blackberry for timing your exercise minutes

Use the stopwatch feature of the Clock to find out how long you walk/run rather than guessing. If you know the distance, then use the BB stopwatch + distance to add in mileage tracker. Found out I totally underestimated my time/speed/calories burned until I did this!

Accessing SP via my Blackberry is easy, quick, keeps me accountable, and always available! Even if I can't find an exact match to a food, I enter what I can match and then go back to modify when I'm actually at a computer. Easy tools keeps me motivated and is what makes SP easy!
