Pick up a Sport, outdoor activity or group exercise If you feel aerobics, running or walking is a drudgery then pick an outdoor activity, a sport or group exercise. Use this once or twice a week to replace your aerobics.
Load up your kitchen pantry with healthy food, snacks, veggies & frutis I have made it impossible for myself to snack on unhealthy food by stocking my kitchen with ONLY healthy food. That way, I control what I eat at home besides it is a great motivating factor when I have to eat out where I remind myself that what I do at home cannot be undone elsewhere.

I like to observe others in grocery stores & restaurants and see what they buy and what they eat and then quickly look up to see how they look. That immediately helps me to focus healthy shopping or eating.
