Quick Sort of Clothes after Vacation

When we go on vacation, my family puts the dirty clothes for the day in one pile. I put it in garbage bag (or Walmart plastic bags) and take home in one suitcase. Clothes we don't wear go in another suitcase.
Then when we go home, the plastic bag(s) full of dirty clothes get quickly unpacked and thrown down the steps to the basement. Easy unpacking, and clean clothes a lot faster!

Choose Your Stress !!

Learn to distinguish between what is truly important and what is not. Ask yourself if the outcome of a particular situation will affect you in a year's time. If not, then let go of all the stress and worry that accompany the situation. It's not worth it in the long run.

If You Have Calories Left after Eating Dinner

I track breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack - trying to eat wisely during the day.

Then I run my nutritional feedback report. If I've done well for the day and have extra calories left in my range, I look to see what category I am short on nutritionally. Whether it is protein, carbs, or fats, I know what my snack or rest of dinner should be.

That way I eat healthier, knowing what my body is lacking.

Balance - Sneak in an Exercise while Drying Your Hair

While I dry my hair (or brush my teeth), I try to remember to stand on one leg. I am forcing myself to balance, strengthening my core muscles as well as my legs.

If I have to concentrate on the task a little more, I walk in place.

Trouble Sleeping? Try this.

If you're having trouble sleeping, try eating oatmeal, a banana, yogurt, or some turkey before going to bed. They contain an amino acid that induces relaxation in the brain. (I read on daily calendar)
