My secret is many little changes, instead of focusing on a big overwhelming goal I have been slowing it down and making every decision very calculated. There's two things i'd love to accomplish; be able to confidently wear anything I want (pin-up clothes) and make it on a roller derby team. I just visualize every decision I make as a step back or forth towards my goal
the only way i allow myself to watch my favorite show during the day is if I'm on the exercise bike. I have to pedal through commercials and all, good thing is TBS show two episodes so I get a double workout when time allows. I'm done before lunch and I feel great the rest of the day.
