Set up actual appointments to exercise

I set a time to exercise and put it in my calendar as I would an appointment to the doctors. I set my appointments at 10 am Monday through Friday and workout for 1 hour. Mon, Wed, And Fri I do go to my doctors since they have volunteers to be exercise coaches in the small gym. On Tue and Thur I have same time set aside to do exercises using SP videos as my coach.
