An easy way to drop weight and help your health is to stop drinking soda (diet included). Replace soda drinking with WATER drinking. Plus, an average person loses around 10 pounds a year after they stop drinking soda and start drinking water.
When starting your fitness journey it is important know you do not having to spend allot of money. You can get fit without buying an expensive gym membership or fancy equipment. When I lost over 40+ pounds I was financially broke. I did it with motivation, a simple plan, and creativity.
I believe one of the biggest keys to getting healthy and fit is to start slow (baby steps). For example when starting to run again do not try and do 5 miles. Start slow, start with 1 mile and slowly work your way up to longer distances.
