Spark Points I earn each day is a pleasant challenge that is top priority on my everyday list. The Spark Points I earn each day motivates me to continue to do the best I can in my weight lose goal. As I earn Spark Points I receive extrinsic rewards from Spark People,this allows me intrinsic rewards for my self and I can continue to earn points without failure.Sometimes it takes a while to earn points, just like loosing weight .The Points help me personally to stay on track, I love the concept.
