One of the best motivators I've had is to keep a journal. That way, when I'm feeling down, I can write down exactly how I'm feeling, and then it's done. And no one has to see it, but I know I've vented and gotten those icky feelings off my chest.
If you miss the mark, eat too much, slack on the exercise, forget to track, whatever: Forgive yourself. Don't let it deter you from the goal. Pick yourself up, and brush yourself off. You are still in the game! Remember, each day we start with a Zero on the calorie and fitness tracker!
