I always crave something sweet after a meal and usually in the afternoon, but instead of eating a cookie or bowl of ice cream reach for the fruit! Keep your favorite fruit around the house and be sure to cut it (if necessary) as soon as you can so when your sweet-tooth hits have some sweet-fruit!
Bad foods are everywhere! Just say no when someone offers you a donut or a cookie. You shouldn't feel bad about not eating something that someone offers you. Think of yourself first and just say no, but thank you!
Instead of buying the prepackaged veggie trays, buy the veggies separately and cut them yourself. You will have more leftover veggies that you can take to work or incorporate in other meals for a lot less than the veggie trays! Buy light dip as an alternative to the dip provided in the trays!
