Eating junk food is a constant battle for most people. I learned a tip from one of my old journals. If you only eat junk food on the weekends it really works. I learned it from a person who lost over 100 pounds in a year. If you limit your junk food eating to the weekends then you will lose weight. I tried it after my second child was born and lost from 225 pounds to 164 pounds.
What can keep you from losing weight?Vitamin D is one crucial factor to me losing weight. I found this out after I got pregnant with my 5 th child. I noticed my weight gain was so much less and losing weight was so much easier. I noticed I didn't retain weight at the end of the month either. Get your vitamin D checked and then go onto Vitamin D drops, not pills and it really works.
I drink a doctor prescribed herbal tea that is a combination of St. Johns Wort, Passion Flower, and Lemon Balm and it helps me stay positive because it is a natural antidepressant and it helps me lose weight because it is a natural dietary aide. Not recommended for everyone but I really enjoy it and when I was drinking it regularly, I felt more up beat and was losing weight easier.
