Small and Slow

I have to remind myself of this ALL the time. When you are eating ANYTHING, it is important to take small bites (not see how much you can fit in your mouth), and slowly chew your food. Enjoy the flavor before you swallow, and you will feel much more satiated with a smaller amount of food.
