Support System

It gets really hard to eat healthy when everyone around you is snacking on chips and cookies. Lucky for me I have a great support system at home as well as work. I work with 3 other women and all of us share to same goal to eat healthy. So every day we have "snack time" all of us bring a piece of fruit or some crackers with cheese and share them. No junk food this makes is so much easier not to have to deal with temptations.

Sweet tooth

whenever i start to get a sweet tooth i either do frozen bananas dipped in dark chocolate or a peanut butter frozen yogurt and chocolate soy milk smoothie. yummy!
