The members of my UK Midlands team are incredible and I love the way we all support & care for each other. Oh there are teams to join which Challenge you every day or week or month, but the love that is shown for everyone in our team makes us, in my opinion, THE BEST.
OK I can't do an awful lot of exercise because of dodgy arthritic knees (apart from swimming of course) so I've used a tip from SP and I've exchanged my computer chair for a fitball and now I sit using my lap-top & exercising by moving about all the time. Great!
I took over the UK Midlands team in April 2009 with 119 members. We now have 248 & rising. Some of us have started meeting up for Sunday lunch every so often. The friendship & support in our team is phenomenal & I love them all to bits.
Homemade soup:- My DH & I regularly make large batches of soup (approx 12 portions) and freeze. Not only is it cheaper than shop bought soup, you know exactly what & how much has gone into it, you can use up all the left over fruit, veg & salad in your kitchen, it tastes good & it is a lot healthier
