Take a second to smell your food! Maybe not each bite, but a quick sniff to take in the aroma will get to your brain before you even put the bite in your mouth! Then, back to my previous tip, chew it slowly and savor it!

Eat Slowly

If you will chew tediously slowly, savor each bite and put your fork down between bites, you will give your brain enough time to know that you've satisfied your hunger before you overeat.
