When you are first getting up in the morning or changing after work then is the best time to put on the workout clothes! I find if I put my jeans on after work I tend to NOT workout. That extra step puts the fire out of the motivational spark. Once dressed to workout the mind pushes you to just do it
When I am grocery shopping I only go down the aisles I need to. If I wander down an aisle just to avoid crowed aisles I tend to see something in the "other" aisle that may end up in my cart. They are generally bad choices and NOT on my list in the first place! Avoid the aisle and avoid temptation.
We all have our favorite restaurants so check out their websites for nutritional info before dining! Sweet Tomatoes shocked me when I actually checked them out. So much for "thinking" I was being good! It will save much headache and will leave you feeling better about your choices in the end!
A combination of things for one big secret. Don't go hungry!Make a list before you leave the house and try to match coupons with sales. If the children go with you allow them ONE unhealthy choice and no more. Make your list while browsing through recipes to secure a weekly menu to avoid impulse buys
