Protect your EARS while blow-drying your hair! I do not have good hearing and I want to protect what I have left of it,so, when I go to blow-dry my hair,I put in EARPLUGS in my ears. Then as I am blow-drying my hair,my ears are not subjected to the LOUD DECIBELS emanating from the blow-dryer! The blow-dryers today are WAY too loud and CAN damage your hearing over time [however--I did damage to my ears with too LOUD radio headphones in my youth!].

Giving your cats some exercise if you have a dog
If you have a dog and a cat before you take your dog on a walk put the leash on it gets the dog all excited knowing that they are going to go on a walk and the cats run are chasing the leash until it is time to go

I dont know if it will work for anyone else but it sure helps me. I recently realized that a 2 liter soda bottle has 64.5 oz, inside. Which got me thinking ¢¾ thats the same amount of water I should drink in a day! So now when a bottle becomes empty I rinse well and fill with water. It saves me from have to keep track of all the glasses through out the day (since I sometimes forget) As a plus its good for the planet, no more tiny bottles have to die :)

Write goals first thing each morning! The first thing I do each morning, is to write my goals for the day in my journal, at the end of the day I write if I met my goals or need to work on them. It has helped me a lot!
