I got stuck at a plateau for over four weeks, but my workouts were intense. SparkPeople upped my calories, but I wasn't sure it was right, so I didn't change at first. I was stuck for a couple more weeks. I decided to "trust" this site and learn from it. Since I upped my calories two weeks ago, I've lost four pounds. They really do know what they are talking about. :)
I like to keep one towel (and clean ratty one) that I use to throw in the dryer with each load of laundry. The dry towel helps cut down on the drying time with helping absorbing the wetness of the load. I noticed my drying time cut by 10 minutes for most loads (sometimes towels or jeans are a little less). Helps saves electric and a good use for an old towel~!
