If you feel like snacking for no good reason, chew on a piece of sugarless gum instead. It might help you refocus on another activity so that you don't mindlessly put food in your mouth that isn't needed nor healthy.

Bedtime Snacking

I now eat a Laughing Cow Light Swiss Cheese wedge before bed at night rather than my past choices of "junk food" I find that I don't sleep well without something in my stomach right before bed. This satisfies my need for something creamy with a healthier choice.
