You always have time for a healthy breakfast!

I am loving those fruit cups I have found at Walmart & Dillon's. They're in the fresh produce section ~ blueberries, pineapple, mixed fruit & more. I grab one & can drink the juice & fruit while driving to work. Add a protein bar & you're good to go until lunch time. Plus, they're only 70 - 100 calories! emoticon

Skim Milk is good for you and your bones....and more!

Milk aids in losing unwanted fats & contains a good quantity of water molecules which is considered the best fluid for rehydration. Consume a can of fizzy soda or a carbonated drink & it may in reality lower calcium levels by 1/3. Get Vitamin D, calcium,potassium, magnesium, phosphorous & protein from milk. Consumption of milk products can also help in reducing acidity.Skim milk is a dairy milk, which has all of its fat removed, by processing & great for dieters and diabetics. Try a glass a day

Encouraging myself

10 pounds down and a little stuck with eating. To get myself back on track, I put on some clothes that were now a bit baggy that used to be tight. I wore those around the house to reaffirm my success and help me get on track again,

Try it! You might just like it!

A friend invited me to a pole aerobics class last week and I was very skeptical as I related the pole to stripper at a gentlemen's club. Not in this case, however! It was a lot of fun and an incredible workout. I have now taken a new outlook. I will try something new before I say whether or not I like it. Next stop is a hip hop dance class! emoticon
