I am loving those fruit cups I have found at Walmart & Dillon's. They're in the fresh produce section ~ blueberries, pineapple, mixed fruit & more. I grab one & can drink the juice & fruit while driving to work. Add a protein bar & you're good to go until lunch time. Plus, they're only 70 - 100 calories!

A friend invited me to a pole aerobics class last week and I was very skeptical as I related the pole to stripper at a gentlemen's club. Not in this case, however! It was a lot of fun and an incredible workout. I have now taken a new outlook. I will try something new before I say whether or not I like it. Next stop is a hip hop dance class!
