Drink ice water,! The colder ice water makes your body warm up in order to digest the water! This speeds up your metabolism and burns calories! You still get the benefits of the water you would need to be drinking anyway, its cooler, and helps lose even more weight! I read this in a fitness article last night, also suggests 1 gallon of water a day (I'm not there yet) and 6 small meals a day to keep your body from starvation mode and storing fat:)
