I've found that I really do move more when I do something I love - like hooping or biking ;) Even though a morning walk or family moving is a great idea, it doesn't always happen which means I'm not making my exercise a priority....doing something I love that's easy for me to do is the key to my movement ;)
As I try to eat healthier, I encourage my family to do so as well! We try new things - through snack time! It's a great time to introduce new fruits or vegetables, especially with my children, because they are hungry and know it's not a whole meal....they can try a bite and be done! Get exotic, try something new, be healthy, and be amazed!
