Pennies in my pocket! Water Tracking

Try tracking in the morning so you are accountable all day. It is important to make the time. Set your computer up in the kitchen if it helps, that way all your foods are right there and as you are packing your lunch you are logging it. Only bring to work what you tracked to eat.

Don't eat out or eat less out! I used to eat Chinese food on Thursdays even when I was watching, just had the "diet" or steammed choices. I gave that up and put that money away. It saves me about $7.00 a week. It also saves me the extra calories for a lunch! Needless to say all the calories in the sauce too!
