Breakfast

I discovered a new and healthy breakfast that not only taste great but it is healthy too. I mixed 1 packet of Plain oatmeal and 4oz. of Unsweetened applesauce together. It was healthy and it filled me up for hours afterwards.

Plastic Bag as Kitchen-Cleanup Aid

For no-fuss cleanup, instead of peeling fruits and vegetables over a cutting board or into the sink, do it over a plastic bag. When you're done, flip the peelings into the garbage and rinse the bag to reuse another day, or simply toss the whole shebang into the trash.

8 waters a day - 1 after getting up, 1 before each meal, 1 before snacks = ready!

I drink 1 glass of water right after getting up (1). Then I drink a glass of water before breakfast, lunch and dinner (3). When I feel like eating a snack in the morning and afternoon, first I drink a glass of water (2). The two left, I just drink when I feel thirsty. :-)

Freeze!

Do you have candlesticks or other candle "plates" that have a built up of candle wax? If (like me) you do, just pop those into the freezer for a few hours and that wax comes right off! You can also use the freezer to get smells like fish or garlic off of Tupperware! Who knew?!
