Cleaning hair brushes

Why buy a gadget to clean the hair from hairbrushes? I've discovered the perfect tool: a plastic fork! The heavier weight ones work best, and just as well as the metal rake-like devices that sell for about $15.

PREVENT A FIRE! Clean your dryer lint trap!

Kitchen grease cutter

The fastest way I've found to cut the grease on stovetop and other kitchen surfaces is plain old rubbing alcohol. It won't clean, but if you clean first, then apply the alcohol, you'll have a nice grease-free shine.

Food Tracking Changes

I discovered something I didn't know we can do (though maybe other members know this?): If you add a food like 1 cookie and later eat a second cookie, instead of deleting the first one and re-adding it to list it as two cookies, you can click on the item on the Food Tracker, then when the new dialogue window opens, change the number in the servings field to 2, then click on "Save Changes" and the adjustment will be made. This is much easier!
