One of the things I've discovered in my nearly 2 years with SP is that my motivation tends to wax and wane...I imagine that's common for most of us. But I've figured out that, if I just keep doing what I know I need to do even when I don't feel like it, my motivation always comes back around!!
I never considered myself a morning person, but I've trained myself to get up earlier and get my workout in before I go to work. That means I have to get up at 4:30 am to get in my strength training and half of my cardio before work...that's early but it gets my day off to such a great start!
I find I eat the healthiest when I take the time to plan the next day's meals and snacks the night before, enter them in my nutrition tracker, then make adjustments (if needed) to stay within range on the various nutrients I track. I then pack my lunch and two snacks to take to work...no excuses!
