Whenever I find a new food a don't care for, rather than waste the calories on something I don't like, I give it to another person or leave it in the kitchen at work, where it always "disappears"
If you can, find a group to hold you accountable. I participate in the Healthy Walkers Club every Wednesday. Our local mall opens an hour early just for walkers (the stores are closed), so we walk every week, the same day and time. It's a great way to socialize & get a workout in.
