When I first started losing weight on spark people, I knew I needed to add exercise. The problem was, I was too over-weight and got out of breath quickly, so I would give up. I decided to turn on some music and just dance around for 5-10 minutes. That got my heart pumping and made me want to do more. Now I can do all sorts of exercises and actually enjoy it. It all started with just a few silly dance steps and some great music.
