After numerous attempts to get back on track, I found that what works for me is staying in touch w/ the message boards and reading all of these secrets for a few minutes several times a day to help me stay focused on the goal.
Always get your exercise in first thing in the morning - Why? If you don't there are always other things that will become a priority - giving you excuses not to exercise - Exercising first things frees up the day for the rest of life to happen. JUST DO IT!!!
Instead of having a daily to do list make one for the whole week but divided in the different days. This way you will not delay things to a busy day.
And if you have a spare minute you can "work ahead" and do some task from the other days.
I got this idea from one of my teams. I give myself a penny for every spark point I earn. So if I earn 55 spark points for today I will put 55 cents in my saving jar. I use this money to buy something special for me as a reward for my hard work. You will be surprised how fast it adds up!
Go through your DVDs, CDs and books and resell them on Amazon! The buyer pays for shipping, and you can ship these items by "media mail" which is really a low-cost USPS stamp! I recently moved and made over $600 selling these items!
Since I don't have a lot going on my appointment calendar, I like to go in a schedule a message for myself, usually to send in the mornings. This way I open my email and find a message that reminds me to take care of myself or do something positive for myself.
