Make it a point to visit other people's pages and leave them notes of encouragement. Personally, I find it so uplifting to see that someone took a moment to drop by my page and give me some kind words - it goes a long way toward keeping me motivated!

If you're reluctant to exercise on your own, find out what kind of fundraising walks are taking place in your city. I find it extremely fulfilling when I can walk and raise awareness for important causes. Feeds your soul and gets you in shape!
I've found that keeping a gratitude journal helps me tremendously while trying to lose weight. It forces me to put things in perspective and realize that on even the worst days, good things still creep in there to motivate us onward.
