Get your fiber in daily. It cleans out your system and keeps you regular. And make sure to drink lots of water with this.
I use a fiber mixture that my brother made for me with flaxseed and pysillum.
Cafe Latte~ 1 tbsp= 25 cal ~ 1.5 g fat
Caramel Apple~ 1 tbsp= 35 cal ~ 1.5 g fat
Eggnog Latte~ 1 tbsp= 40 cal ~ 1.5 g fat
Peppermint Mocha~ 1 tbsp= 35 cal ~ 1.5 g fat
