ONLY think........I can do thoughts only and SPEAK them OUT LOUD so you hear yourself speaking ONLY positive thoughts!! YOU CAN DO IT, and YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!
When I have a big job to organize, I break it up.....set the timer for say 20-30 minutes, turn on some music and get going! It works for me! Hope it helps you too!!!!!
OK, you wake up and JUST DO NOT want to exercise....but you have a stationery bike, treadmill, eliptical. GET your phone and call a friend and exercise while you talk! The time passes so quickly!!!! I posted this cuz a friend on another team told me when I put that in my status....to post
