Each day I have the moment to choose my thoughts. I can make it any type of day I want just by making a choice.
I am loving my Vitamix ! As of late I have been tossing a couple of carrots & an apple into the vita with some water and voila juice! I add all different things in there too ~ cucumber, tomato, parsley, cilantro, beets etc. I can also make a quick soup without ever touching the stove. Most everything is filling and nutritious, a great quick snack, or part of a meal.
Ever since I started to cycle outside I find I spend less money. I choose to drive to an asphalt trail and cycle away. Keeps me from shopping when bored or doing other such nonsense. My Bonus is the exercise and I love cycling now! Find something you like to do and do it ...
I will only choose foods that I will be willing to eat, or drink forever. I make better choices but will not substitute foods that I don't care for a just to lose weight. For example; I don't care for light cream cheese ~ I use less regular cream cheese instead. No sugar free item ~ just less sugar.
NEVER say the word 'FAILURE'. It's so negative and so defeating. Say I got off track (even if it's for months), or I lost focus, or I am not ready to do this now, whatever works for you that leaves the door open to success. Just don't say I FAILED, please.
