Increase the incline or speed...sweat, baby, sweat!

I have upped the intensity on my walking workouts by increasing the incline or increasing the speed, or both! And my weight loss has been much more noticeable! I am totally sweating by the time I am done and I think it's true that if you are working hard enough to sweat, you are working hard enough to see a difference in your body! (As long as you are eating right too!) I also increased my workouts from 45 minutes to 60 minutes. This all has helped me over the plateau I had hit!

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables...an

light popcorn!!!

I have added a few fruits and lots of veggies to my snacks each day and it keeps me full without ruining my weight loss efforts!! Also, light popcorn is a great, filling snack, with only 15 calories per cup of popped popcorn. I will eat 4-5 cups in the afternoon, between lunch and dinner, and am full until dinner on only 60-75 calories! This is so much less than the other snacks I used to eat between meals!

Don't eat after dinner

I have had such big success with my weight loss from choosing not to eat after dinner. The reward comes the next morning when the scale is usually lower or the same as the day before, but not higher!!
