Even though I've hit a plateau or two along the journey, I continue to exercise regularly and watch what I eat. When I cook at home more often, my budget and my waistline thank me. I've been doing more crockpot recipes since it's winter time. My scale budged a little this morning, and it made my efforts seem even more worthwhile. Keep on keeping on, SparkPeople friends.
