Keep Getting Up

Every time you mess up or fall down on your journey, keep getting up. Just keep getting up, and keep moving forward. You never know how your will to succeed motivates others watching. Keep getting up.

Recording minutes

I keep track of my time when I am working in the garden or doing heavy cleaning to help with my cardio minutes/calories burned for the week. It's made me realize how much more active I've become since joining SP.

Getting some fruit

I buy those frozen bags of mangoes or blackberries and then take a cup of my fruit choice of the day to eat at snack time or lunch time. I enjoy the flavor, and my body enjoys the benefits of fruit during the day.

Keep on Truckin'

Even though I've hit a plateau or two along the journey, I continue to exercise regularly and watch what I eat. When I cook at home more often, my budget and my waistline thank me. I've been doing more crockpot recipes since it's winter time. My scale budged a little this morning, and it made my efforts seem even more worthwhile. Keep on keeping on, SparkPeople friends. We can do it!
