Increase daily fiber to the minimum recommended for you; push it to the max recommended for you & you WILL BE AMAZED how much cleaner/lighter you feel!! Fiber keeps all things "moving" in the right direction & helps reduce undesired "build-up" in the large intestine thereby improving digestion.
HFCS a chemically produced sweetener requiring genetically modified enzymes to produce is NOT A NATURAL sweetener as claimed.Read ALL your labels to see if it's present,if so,skip that product. HFCS leads to craving other empty carbs & can make weight loss more difficult. See my blog for more info.
I never realized how much salt is in everything you eat until I started tracking it on SP. Now I find it easy to keep my daily Sodium intake to at or below 2300 mg's daily. I feel this has truly made a difference in losing 10 pounds on SP in the past 3 weeks!!!
