No one ever hated themselves skinny. Love and appreciate the body you have, dimples and rolls and cellulite and jiggle and all. You have a good body. It is worthwhile. Own your space. Love it before you get healthy. Love it while you're getting healthy. And accept it in all stages. Everything else gets so much easier if you can.
So you've plateaud. So what! Just let it go and keep working hard. Eat right, exercise, and ignore the scale! Just because the numbers don't budge doesn't mean you aren't already a success for putting in the hard work!
I was tired of sitting at my desk ALL day with very little activity. So I founded a walking club at work! Also, each time I get up to use the bathroom, I do a set of an exercise I choose at the beginning of the day. Air squats, pushups, burpees. It keeps me moving!
