Although I'd love to have time to use the Cardio Tracker daily, I often do not have the time. In addition, it does not always have the different things I do, such as Body Electric or the pedal exerciser that my doctor has strongly recommended. I'm using the Quick Tracker. Use the new diabetes food tracker that Spark People is featuring. It's great for "seeing" what you're eating!

I have two hampers for laundry---one for the bathroom for the dried but dirty towels and wash clothes, one in the bedroom for the clothes.
It's no secret! Pack your lunch, or, if you must, invest in some low-fat, low sodium lunch products. I teach school, and I save $4 daily whenever I take my lunch. Plus---it's healthier for me too!
