On my weekend, (Thurs & Frid), I spend one hour late on Friday afternoon, washing, peeling, chopping & shredding up a colorful array of as many veggies as I can get hold of, & then I measure & bag them up so that I have my week night veggies already prepped & ready to go for my evening meals. Believe me, it's worth spending that one hour, once a week, it feels so good to just grill a chicken breast & stir fry the veggies, hey presto, fast food - deliciously nutritious too.
Workout as hard as possible, with very little rest in between each exercise, and if you can, do compound exercises, like a squat & an over head press. This really works your entire body, firing up all your muscles therefore burns more fat, and new research suggests this type of training (HIIT) keeps your metabolism fired up for many hours after you have stopped exercising.
