Yesterday, I thought I could go a little farther with my daily walk. I ended up doing 2x my daily goal. This was good in a way, but I had pushed myself too far.
When I have just too much to do around the house that there's practically no time for exercise at all, I create an upbeat playlist then dance my way off through cleaning. Each song works as a timer as well like, move my hips and finish cleaning the counters by the end of the song!..It works!
In order to save money, I leave my debit card at home.
Eating in not only saves money but saves calories
I have a friend with health issues that have not slowed her down. Her positive outlook on life is what makes me know I can keep going and get back in shape. Not to mention her personal challenge.

its much easier to exercise when you have a buddy. on the days that you do not feel like working out a buddy will give you that little push needed and you can do the same for them the more the better
Eating healthy can be a heady thing to start, overwhelming. i started telling myself "healthier." you start in the grocery store with things that may not be the best, but they're better than what you were getting before. before you know it your choices that were small, have grown to be huge changes
