I joined a CSA program this year. I had done one in the past, but this one is much more convenient. My box is packaged up for me and I just go to the market and pick it up. For only $30 a week, we get a great assortment of fresh foods. Plus, everything is from Missouri!
I love it when my husband makes grilled corn on the cob. He brushes it lightly with olive oil, sprinkles with sea salt, freshly ground pepper, and garlic powder, then wraps in foil. Throw it on the grill while meat is cooking, and it is the perfect summer veggie!
