Don't quit when things are not moving the direction you want them to....if the scale is stuck...the clothes are tight. Give yourself a RESTART, go back to basics....change things up alittle....give yourself a POSITIVE PEP TALK!!!

chocolate fix

I keep a DARK chocolate bar in the freezer, so when I am having a "sweet tooth" attack I break off a small piece and it keeps me from binging on bad stuff. If I really want a treat I dab a little bit of peanut butter on it........YUMMY!!!

healthy snack

I always like pairing a piece of fruit with a piece of cheese....preferrably lowfat cheese...that helps keep the spike in sugar from the fruit......keeps an even balance
