Don't quit when things are not moving the direction you want them to....if the scale is stuck...the clothes are tight. Give yourself a RESTART, go back to basics....change things up alittle....give yourself a POSITIVE PEP TALK!!!
Bumps in the road are nothing more than opportunities to take two steps forward and become a stronger person. As long as you keep doing the right things, good things will happen.
Listen to your body, when it is telling you it is tired. Take a day of rest....it will help both physically and mentally.
I keep a DARK chocolate bar in the freezer, so when I am having a "sweet tooth" attack I break off a small piece and it keeps me from binging on bad stuff. If I really want a treat I dab a little bit of peanut butter on it........YUMMY!!!
