Amazon's MP3 service are DRM-free MP3s that can play on any machine. Their download software will even install your music onto iTunes for you. iTune's are more specific to an iPod and are about $0.30 more expensive per song! That means you'll save $3.00 on a 10-song purchase! Most of the songs are the same on both groups, so why not pay less?
The bathrooms one floor above me are so much nicer than the one on my floor. So, when I have to, I trudge up one flight of stairs. The water fountain's better in the basement (you CAN taste a difference: I know it sounds crazy!). Not only do I get slightly better things, I also add tiny tidbits of exercise throughout my day.
I posted this perhaps in the wrong section before. The points STILL count even though they don't appear for the day you record them. So, if you want Sparkpoints for your workout, then you can certainly record the next day.
I never understood why people were so bent-up about teams, until I found the right one with an active community that did games and contests I LIKED! So, don't just look at the title when joining but also look at the discussion boards. And keep trying! Sooner or later, you'll find exactly what you need.
Yogurt is easier to digest than regular milk, so if you're lactose intolerant but you want some calcium and protein, give it a try! Also, if you like milk but hate the tummy aches (and hate soy milk), try lactose-free milk. It's sweeter, tastes similar. I actually like it better (and no tummy aches)
At the beginning of the week, I record all of the shows that I think I'll want to watch that week. If any pop up, I'll record them the day of. If I already have it on record, AND the possibility of missing commercials, I can't use a new episode of House or Southpark as an excuse not to go to the gym
If you aren't very social (or are embarassed), check out the gym at different times during the week. Husband and I avoided the gym on weekend nights because we felt we needed a break. Little did we realize: everyone else apparently does too. No one's there! All machines are open and more intimate.
