I wish I could say that I always eat when I should, but there are times when I don't. I'm working or just busy. The problem I kept running into was this panicky hunger. If I'm in the car it's the worst because. I've often gone through the drive-thru. I've started keeping a can of mixed nuts in the car so when the panic sets in... I pop the top eat some nuts and the urgency goes away. I'm able to calm down and figure out a healthy alternative to the drive thru.
Ever wonder why the top two items on your SparkPoints page are tracking your nutrition and your exercise?? Just maybe it's because those are the two most important steps to success. If you fell down some stairs you wouldn't get up and throw yourself down the rest of the flight. You get up and walk away. So if you slip up start over right away. Don't wait until tomorrow. Giving yourself a chance to get back on track immediately gives you a sense of empowerment!

Always love yourself first. We are our own worst enemy. If we love ourselves, we will be more likely to allow others to love us as well. Giving yourself a mini-mental pep talk at least every day and stopping yourself when negative self-talk starts will help you to become your own best friend. Remember the saying that when you smile, the whole world smiles with you.
Believe in your dreams. Believe in today. Believe that you are loved. Believe that you make a difference. Believe we can build a better world. Believe when others might not. Believe there’s a light at the end of the tunnel. Believe that you might be that light for someone else. Believe that the best is yet to be. Believe in each other. Believe in yourself. I believe in you. - Kobi Yamada
If you ever find yourself in front of the refrigerator, maybe for the 10th time in an hour, it becomes clear that you are eating out of boredom. So I started making myself do 10 pushups (can replace with situps, crunches, jumping jacks, anything really) whenever I found myself pointlessly rummaging through the fridge. It was either A) Don't go to the fridge or B) Do 10 pushups - both outcomes helped me to lose weight!
